Silicone Tapered Masking Plugs from Sinclair & Rush.
Our Silicone Tapered Masking Plugs are the premier choice for high-temperature masking applications. Crafted from high-temperature silicone rubber, these plugs are designed to perform exceptionally in processes like powder coating, e-coating, plating, and anodising. Suitable for temperatures up to 315°C, making them highly versatile for a range of plugging applications. The recommended operating temperature range is -65°C to 230°C.
Tapered Masking Plugs are designed to work in plain or threaded openings. This standard stock range has been matched to metric sizes for ease. Sinclair & Rush stock a large rage of sizes and colours.

Important Note: These plugs are not recommended for use with aggressive chemicals or hydrocarbons. For these applications, please refer to our EPDM Plugs.
